As the name suggests, the Company was originally set up as a service organisation. This was based on the experience of its owner, Les Nightingale (pictured on the left), who had spent more than 20 years in bakery engineering with companies such as Baker Perkins, APV and Revent.

We supply equipment to artisan and craft bakers, such as Baker & Spice, Bread Ltd and St John Bread & Wine. We can also be found in many national coffee and sandwich shop chains, Pret a Manger have used our Eurofour ovens for more than 15 years. In the food service sector we supply many major high street food retailers, airports and railway stations with equipment, these include Millies Cookies and The West Cornwall Pasty Co.

But we never forget where we came from, and as such, we consider it vital to maintain a strong and efficient service department to provide support to our customers throughout the life of the equipment that they have purchased.
