BEAM began life in 1992 as a bakery maintenance service company and our sales division grew from it.
Unlike some companies who see a service department as a necessary evil, we totally believe that to be a successful supplier of equipment, you must have a strong and efficient service department.
Our service engineers are qualified and experienced. They not only understand the equipment, but also understand the demands of the industry itself. This means that we realise the effect that machinery down time has on production and as such, we endeavour to complete 95% of all service calls in the first visit.
